Introduction
Psychological first aid is a support activity that helps people impacted by an emergency, disaster or traumatic event. It is a humane, supportive response to another person who is suffering and may need support.The bundled option includes self-paced eLearning where you will learn about responding to emergencies, disasters or traumatic events. Additionally, you will be prepared to act with the Modulator first aid kit which simplifies first aid with injury specific modules (postage* and packaging included).

Important Kit Delivery Information
- An 'Authority to Leave' is automatically applied to your delivery as standard.
- If you will not be present at your nominated delivery address to accept delivery, and you do not wish for the delivery to be left, you must contact us.
- Items will be left in a safe and accessible place, otherwise StarTrack will follow its process for undeliverable items.
- Red Cross does not accept responsibility for items not received where StarTrack provides evidence of delivery.
