Introduction:

Mental health matters in the workplace is self-paced eLearning which provides an overview of effective ways to promote and maintain wellbeing. The importance of contributing to a workplace culture that supports and nurtures good mental health is explained. It outlines when co-workers may require further support for their mental health and includes basic support actions. 

After completing the course, participants will gain an introductory understanding of:
  • Basic strategies  to maintain personal wellbeing. 
  • Contribute to create and maintain healthy workplace practices.
  • Recognising when colleagues may require support for their mental health.
  • Basic actions to support colleagues.

Target Audience:

This course is suitable for anyone in the workplace, or anyone who generally wants a better understanding of wellbeing or how to support someone who is experiencing mental health concerns.
