FABC - First Aid for Babies and Children
Designed to give parents and carers’ skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver first aid for common child-related injuries and illnesses.
Learn how to provide emergency first aid for baby head injury, baby allergic reaction, broken bones in babies and children, infant CPR, anaphylaxis in kids, and a range of other emergencies.
MHFA - Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches participants how to assist people who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.
Like physical first aid, mental health first aid is given until the person receives professional help or until the crisis resolves. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses are delivered under the authority of Mental Health First Aid Australia, by MHFA accredited instructors.
This course is intended for the public to gain an understanding of a first response approach to assisting an adult experiencing mental health concerns. The course introduces students to a range of mental health concerns, and through a five-step action plan, students learn how to respond to someone who is experiencing mental health concerns.
MHFA-R - Mental Health First Aid Refresher
Refresher courses are 4 hour face-to-face courses that allow people who have previously completed a 12 hour Mental Health First Aid course to refresh their knowledge and skills. For people who are Accredited MHFAiders, the refresher courses offer an opportunity to extend their accreditation for a further 3 years.
This course is intended for the public to gain an understanding of a first response approach to assisting an adult experiencing mental health concerns. The course introduces students to a range of mental health concerns, and through a five-step action plan, students learn how to respond to someone who is experiencing mental health concerns.
HLTSS00068 - Occupational First Aid Skill Set
This course provides the occupational first aider with advanced knowledge and skills to carry out emergency first aid for injuries and illnesses in the workplace.
Participants will come away with a set of skills to establish‚ maintain and facilitate the provision of appropriate first aid in a workplace, including first aid response in the event of an emergency. State and federal legislation regarding first aid in the workplace is also covered.

HLTAID015 - Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy
This course teaches advanced first aid resuscitation techniques‚ life support, and management of casualties until the arrival of medical or other assistance, and provision of support to other providers.
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to use specialised equipment in the provision of resuscitation, in line with Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines.
Provide advanced resuscitation and oxygen therapy (HLTAID015) includes Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (HLTAID009).
Pre-Requisites
Entry to this course requires a current HTLAID011 Provide First Aid qualification. HLTAID015 Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy is an advanced first aid course, and the HLTAID015 unit of competency includes a prerequisite requirement of HLTAID011 Provide First Aid.
HLTAID010 - Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
Develop basic life support skills to respond to an emergency. Learn how to provide life support‚ basic first aid and manage a casualty, adult or child of any age, until medical assistance arrives. Teaching special techniques for children and infants this course is ideal for all parents who want to be prepared with the skills and confidence to respond in the case of an emergency.
The unit was developed in line with Australian Resuscitation Council Guidelines.

HLTAID009 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) delivers the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain breathing and circulation in an adult, child or infant following cardiac arrest or other emergency.
This course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn or refresh their CPR skills or renew their accreditation.
Content is based on Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines.
HLTAID009B - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Blended
Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) provides knowledge and skills necessary to maintain breathing and circulation in an adult‚ child or infant following cardiac arrest or other emergency situation.
Content is based on Australian Resuscitation Council Guidelines.
HLTAID011B - Provide First Aid Blended
Learn how to respond in an emergency by developing your basic first aid skills.
Save time by learning the theoretical concepts associated with this course online before you reach the classroom. Class times are reduced because the theory has been covered already – leaving more time to practice your first aid techniques.

For childcare workers‚ educators and support staff working within an educational and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthmatic and anaphylactic emergencies to infants, children and adults.
This unit of competency may contribute towards approved first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis first aid training under the Education and Care Services National Law, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011).

HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting One Day
For childcare workers‚ educators and support staff working within educational and care settings who are required to respond to a first aid emergency‚ including asthmatic and anaphylaxis treatment for emergencies in infants, children and adults.
This unit of competency may contribute towards approved first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training under the Education and Care Services National Law, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011).
