This full-day workshop covers a broad scope of mental health first aid basics and support in the workplace and community including information designed to help managers, teams, and members of the community.
Participants have the opportunity to review their own workplace culture and develop an action plan that covers early intervention and support to reduce the impact of mental health concerns.

Designed for delivery in workplaces and community groups. However, it suits anyone interested in gaining skills in mental health first aid.
