HLTAID010 - Provide Basic Emergency Life Support

Teaching special techniques for children and infants this course is ideal for all parents who want to be prepared with the skills and confidence to respond in the case of an emergency.

HLTAID009 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) delivers the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain breathing and circulation in an adult, child or infant following cardiac arrest or other emergency.
This course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn or refresh their CPR skills or renew their accreditation.
Content is based on Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines.
HLTAID009B - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Blended
Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) provides knowledge and skills necessary to maintain breathing and circulation in an adult‚ child or infant following cardiac arrest or other emergency situation.

HLTAID011B - Provide First Aid Blended
Learn how to respond in an emergency by developing your basic first aid skills.
Save time by learning the theoretical concepts associated with this course online before you reach the classroom. Class times are reduced because the theory has been covered already – leaving more time to practice your first aid techniques.
Provide first aid (HLTAID011) includes Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (HLTAID009) and Provide basic emergency life support (HLTAID010)
HLTAID012B - Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting Blended
Save time by learning the theoretical concepts associated with this course online before you reach the classroom. Class times are reduced because the theory has been covered already – leaving more time to practice your first aid techniques.
For childcare workers‚ educators and support staff working within an educational and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthmatic and anaphylactic emergencies to infants, children and adults.
This unit of competency may contribute towards approved first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis first aid training under the Education and Care Services National Law, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011).
